Giveaway Terms
1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on April 12th at 12:00 AM EST through April 12th at 11:59 PM EST ("Promotion Period"), go to https://www.heartfeltcreations.us/giveaway/decorative-dragonfly-2022 for your chance to win.
To enter, submit your Name, Valid Email, Mailing Address and your agreement to the Terms & Conditions. Entry must be submitted during the Promotion Period.
At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, you will receive an email to notify you if you won a prize. You will also be entered to receive promotional information from Heartfelt Creations.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of every country. Limit one per household. You must be 18 years of age and older as of April 12th. Heartfelt Creations Employees and Heartfelt Creations Design Team, as well as members of each of their respective immediate families or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to win a prize. Void where prohibited. The contest is limited to one international (Non- United States) winner. No guarantee is made that there will be an international winner, this is a random giveaway.
3. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 13th from among all entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Heartfelt Creations. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail upon selection. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
4. PRIZE: Four (4) Individual Grand Prizes: Decorative Dragonfly I Want It All Approximate Retail Value: $174.93 USD. Total Prize Value: $174.93 USD. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner.
5. GENERAL RULES: All income taxes or duty & vat tax resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of the winner. By entering sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Heartfelt Creations, which shall be final in all matters. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to hold Promotion Parties, Facebook, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use or redemption of prize or participation in the promotion. Acceptance also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner's name, likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost or late mail, or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. If in Heartfelt Creations opinion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, Heartfelt Creations reserves the right to modify or terminate the sweepstakes in a manner deemed reasonable by Heartfelt Creations, in its sole discretion. In the event of termination, the prize will be awarded from among all entries received as of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of registration. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
