Instructions: Cut a piece of white cardstock to 8 1/2 x 5 1/2" size, score and fold at 4 1/4" to create card base. Ink edges of card base with Magenta Hue ink. Cut card panel from paper collection. Die cut circle from center using die from HCD1-7154 Eyelet Circle and Basics Small die. Ink the edges of panel with Vivid Chartreuse ink. Adhere panel on card base using foam dots. Die cut border from HCD1-7179 Butterfly Kisses Decorative die and cut in half with scissors. Adhere onto card panel.

Stamp cupcake in Magenta Hue ink and die cut with coordinating die. Use hydra sponge to apply Nuvo Mousse directly onto cupcake base. Add Texture Paste onto top of cupcake using your fingertips. Apply a pinch of prills and a pinch of Crystal Clear onto paste and allow to dry.

Stamp sentiment onto yellow designer paper and die cut using arrow die. Using scissors, cut pointed tip of arrow off. Ink edges with Sunflower ink. To shape sentiment, gently wrap around a small object like a stylus, or pencil. Attach Cupcake onto card using dries clear and foam dots, add sentiment as shown. Apply Dries Clear Glue onto card as desired, sprinkle with Crystal Clear and tap off.
