Instructions: Score an A4 piece of Balmy Blue card at 1.75”, 3.5” & 4”, create mountain and valley folds into the stepper card shape and remove approximately .25” excess from the back of the card so that the card stands. Cut a 1.75” panel from the paper collection to fit the front fold. Edge with blueberry bushel ink and adhere to the front fold. Cut a 3.75” panel from the paper collection to fit the back fold and edge with blueberry bushel. Cut a pale strip of paper approx. .5” in depth and adhere to the top fold of the card. Adhere the larger panel on top leaving a thin border above.
Make the flowers: Stamp the petals onto flower shaping paper using blueberry bushel ink, colour the front and back of the card using summer sky ink and die cut the petals. Place face down into the shaping mold and spritz lightly with water, put the lid on the mold and run through the die cutting machine to shape. Pierce the centre of each set of petals and thread a stamen into the centre of each, secure into place with hot glue. Stamp the flower with leaves onto white card, use the mossy meadow ink for the leaves and stem and the blueberry bushel ink for the flower head. Die cut, and colour with the inks, die cut a second flower with leaves and adhere to the stamped image to strengthen. Cut off the excess stamen from the back of the individual flowers and hot glue into place on the flower head. Sponge a little adhesive onto the flowerhead, sprinkle with crystal glitter.
Die cut 2 of the elegant pockets and adhere to the top of the highest fold.
Wrap blue bakers twine around the card and tie in a bow to the right side of the card.
Cut a 4” x 11” piece of balmy blue card and adhere papers to both sides of the card. Adhere this card from the back of the stepper card, fold over the top of the card and adhere to the front lower step of the card. Adhere the hydrangea to this panel at the front.
Hot glue the bakers twine bow into place then create a second bow and hot glue at the back of the card to anchor the twine to the back of the card.
Stamp the sentiment in blueberry bushel ink, cover with clear embossing powder, remove excess and heat to set. Die cut into a tag and edge with blueberry bushel ink. Attach with foam pads to the front of the and add a loop of twine.
