Cut a decorative oval piece from white cardstock using Simply Classic Oval Frame die. Adhere it on card using dimensional tape.  Further, cut an oval piece from designer paper and glue it as pictured.  

 

Stamp Sweet Peony flower on deluxe flower shaping paper using violet ink, and cut with coordinating die. Paint flowers using sky blue and violet ink and shape using golf groove tool. Layer flowers and add pearl in the center. Stamp Leafy Accents leaves and Holly Berry leaves using leaf green ink and cut with coordinating dies. Paint leaves using same ink and shape using shaping mold.  

 

Arrange flowers and leaves on card using hot glue. Tie bows using satin cord and glue them as pictured. Stamp sentiment on piece of white cardstock using black archival ink. Distress it with sky blue ink and glue it on card.For finished look apply Crystal Clear on flowers and leaves.
