Instructions: Click here to view more photos of this project. Die cut 4 pattern paper circles from Tulip Time Paper Collection using the largest die from Rounded Sunlight Window Die. Cut them in half and adhere them on the semi-circular flaps of 6" x 6" Interlocking Fold Card. Cut a 6" x 6" piece of pattern paper from the same paper collection and adhere it on the inside of the card base.

Die cut a piece of pattern paper from the same paper collection using the largest die from Rounded Sunlight Window Die and cut it in half. Use the detailed die from Rounded Lattice Window Die to cut both the semicircles and adhere them on the outside card base flaps on the opposite sides. Die cut 2 pieces of white cardstock using the dies from Rounded Eyelet Window Die and Rounded Lattice Window Die. Adhere them on the remaining 2 side flaps of the card base.

Adhere a 3/4" x 12" strip of pattern paper on a 1" x 12" strip of white card stock. Score the strip at 2 7/8" mark on both sides and fold. Die cut 2 pieces of white cardstock using the dies from Window Hinges Die, fold them in half, align the fold with the fold on the belly band and adhere them. Die cut a piece of Luxe Gold Cardstock using the dies from Rounded Window Frame Die. Trace the inner edge of the larger of the 2 dies on a piece of pattern paper and white cardstock and fussy cut them. Adhere the pattern paper piece behind the gold die cut and then adhere the resulting piece on the open ends of the belly band. Adhere the white cardstock circle we just cut on the other side of the gold die cut to hide the raw edges of the belly band.

Stamp the Tulip image from Tulip Time Cling Stamp Set on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Vibrant Fuchsia Archival Ink, color it with Buttercup and Vibrant Fuchsia Archival Ink. Die cut them using the matching die from Tulip Time Die and shape using 3D Tulip Shaping Mold, Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit and Groove Golf Tool Set. Adhere few green Rock Candy Stamens to the flower centers. Dab a little Designer Dries Clear Adhesive to the petal edges and sprinkle transparent glitter.

Stamp the flowers from Floral Fashionista Cling Stamp Set on Rajni Chawla's Vellum Flowerite using Hero Arts Unicorn White pigment ink and heat emboss using WOW white embossing powder and Heat It Craft Tool. Ink the backs of the flowers with the same white ink. Die cut the flowers using the matching die from Floral Fashionista Die and shape them using Groove Golf Tool Set.

Stamp the leaves from Leafy Accents Cling Stamp Set using Olive Archival Ink and color with Leaf Green and Vibrant Fuchsia Archival Ink. Die cut them using the matching dies from Leafy Accents Die and shape them using 3D Leafy Accents Shaping Mold

Arrange and adhere all the flowers and leaves as shown on the belly band that we made earlier. Cut a sentiment from the same paper collection and adhere it on a same sized white cardstock. Curl it to give it a little dimension and adhere on the belly band as shown. Add a few pearls and rhinestones on the die cuts to add finishing touch.
