Layout is 12 x 12". Find the patterned paper with the poppy border around the layout. That is the background. Cut a strip of the cream patterned paper that is 12 x 5.5", and a strip of the plaid patterned paper to either side of the cream patterned paper. Adhere this to the middle of the layout. 

Die cut out 2 of the Filigree Border Accent pieces from black cardstock and add to the top and bottom of the border strip. Now die cut out 2 of the swirled border pieces from the red patterned paper and adhere to the top and bottom of the border strip.

Using the middle decorative die from the Rectangle Filigree Frame set, die cut out the photograph. Cut the next larger die image from black cardstock. Then the next die from red patterned paper. Adhere the photo to the black cardstock layer and then add to the red patterned layer using foam tape. Adhere to the middle of the layout using foam tape. Die cut out 4 of the little swrils from the die set from black cardstock. 

Stamp and die cut 1 of the Wild Poppy Accents images onto white cardstock using black ink (Staz On Jet Black). Stamp and die cut 2 sets of the different sizes of Wild Poppy using black ink onto Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Add color to the stem leaves using green ink (Stampin Up- Cucumber). Add color to the petals of all of the flowers using red ink (Close To My Heart- Poppy) and daubers. I also came back and added a little more ink to some of the petals using the same ink and a waterbrush. Shape the stem using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Shape the flowers using the coordinating 3D Shaping Mold. Assemble the flowers and then add Prills to the middle of each using a liquid adhesive. Let Dry. Add black Stickles around the Prills on each flower, let dry.

Add the Poppy accent to the right of the matted photo. Add flowers around the matted photo and then add the die cut black swirls around the flower clusters.
