Cut a piece of white cardstock to 7 x 10", score at 5" and fold to get a base. Cut out a piece of paper from the Holiday Star Paper Collection to 6 13/16 x 4 13/16". Cut out another white layer using the Slim Eyelet Rectangle Die and another blue layer using the Slim Basic Rectangle Die and adhere. Cut out 3 white and 3 silver frames with die No. 3 from Slim Star Lattice Rectangle Die Set. Glue the silver layers behind the white layers, slightly offset. Cut out a blue frame with the same die. Adhere to the base as pictured. Cut out a white frame with die No. 2 from Slim Star Lattice Rectangle Die Set. Stamp the sentiment in French Ultramarine and Pink Peony inks and Friendship Sentiments Cling Stamp and cut it out with die from the Oval Filigree Frame Die Set. Glue them together and adhere to the base.

Stamp bigger blossoms from Sweet Magnolia Blooms Cling Stamp Set and tiny blossoms from Hollyhock Petals & Leaves Cling Stamp Set in French Ultramarine and Pink Peony inks onto Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper, color their edges and centers with the same inks, diecut with coordinating die and shape with mold. Add some Pastel Pearl Medium Stamens to centers of big flowers and Lettuce Entertain You Prills to small flowers. Stamp 3 branches from Leafy Accents Cling Stamp Set in Fern Green ink, color them with Leaf Green ink, cut out with coordinating die and shape with coordinating mold. Stamp 4 floral sprays from the Floral Butterfly Accents Cling Stamp Set in White ink onto Vellum paper, use Opaque Embossing Powder, then heat emboss them and diecut with coordinating die. Use dimensional adhesive and hot glue to attach all elements onto card as pictured.

To add the extra sparkle, use the Dries Clear glue along with Crystal Clear glitter over flowers. Add some pearls.
