For card base, cut a piece of white card stock to 6" x 12", fold in half with a top fold. Use a 6" square card panel with a circular center design. With a craft knife and ruler, cut out the center square from the card panel. Cut a piece of craft foam 4 3/8" square and add to this piece. Add to card. Add diamond stickles around the edge. Using the Eyelet Circle die, place the 4" x 4" die and the 3.5" x 3.5" die together, cut from white card stock. Use the 4" x 4" die and the 3" x 3" die together and cut from green card stock. Adhere this layer to the white layer to create the frame. Stamp the sentiment on vellum and cut with the 3.5" x 3.5" circle die, keeping the sentiment to the left. Adhere to the back of the frame. Adhere to the card.
Stamp the small vase on blue card stock with Teal Blue and the larger vase on red card stock with Rhubarb Stalk. Color with chalks and add glossy accents. For the flowers, ink the leaves with Bamboo Leaves and the flowers with the Lady Bug, Tangelo, and Cantaloupe and stamp on white card stock. Color with chalks and add diamond stickles. Shape the flowers with the Flower Shaping Essentials tools. Layer a cluster behind the smaller vase. Add the larger vase to the right side of the card and then add the smaller vase and flowers with foam tape. Create a small cluster of flowers and add to the upper left side. Create a bow with seam binding and add to the cluster and then add a flower on the bow. Add pearls.
