Instructions: Create a card base from white cardstock. Cut out the ornate Intricate Swirl Frames from the blue 2B sheet of the Festive Winterscapes collection. Stamp the images from the Starry Night Winterscapes set with blue and brown ink as shown, applying ink directly to the stamp. Cut with the coordinating dies. Adhere the diecuts to the card front in layers.

Stamp the sentiment using two ink colors, fussy cut and adhere.
