Cut a 5 x 7" white cardstock card base. Using the Rectangle Filigree Frames die, cut the large decorative die from dark teal patterned paper. Die cut the next smaller layer from light blue patterned paper. Adhere these layers together and to the card base. 

Die cut the smaller decorative die from white cardstock. Die cut the next smaller layer from dark teal patterned paper. Adhere these layers together, and then to the card using foam tape. Stamp the Happy Anniversary sentiment on white cardstock using grey ink (Close To My Heart- Whisper). Die cut out using the next smaller die image. Adhere to the card front. 

Stamp and die cut the small scroll from the Peaock and Posies set using an embossing pad and pink embossing powder (Cactus Flower). Add to the top of the sentiment piece using foam squares. Add gems to the middle of each flower. Add pink pearls around the large die cut piece.
