Take any wooden frame and cover with Gesso and White Acrylic Paint, dry the frame, apply mod podge with brush and set a side to dry. Measure the frame and cut the strips of pattern paper from Sweet Pea Paper Collection and paste it on frame using clear glue.

Apply texture paste on the frame randomly using stencil and knife and sprinkle Nida Tanweer Magic Glitter Powder and dry. Paste the lace on the frame using hot glue.

Stamp the small vase from Classic Floral Vase Cling Stamp Set using Fern Green and big vase with Cactus Flower Ink on Sweet Pea Paper Collection, die cut using coordinating dies, die cut extra die cut on deluxe card for the strength and adhere together using clear glue. Die cut the inside net frame die on deluxe card and designer paper and adhere together using clear glue, cover with glitter and add on the center of big vase using clear glue. Add Rhinestones with the help of clear glue and Quickstik Craft Tool.

For the flowers, stamp the flower images on the light cream cardstock using Kitsch Flamingo Distress Ink, stamp Vining and leaves on the Deluxe Card with mowed lawn distress ink and die cut all images using coordinating dies. Color the flower edges with Kitsch Flamingo Ink using daubers and give shades inside of each petal with mowed lawn. Shape the flowers in shaping mold and finish shaping with shaping kit and make a few flowers with the help of hot glue. Color vines and leaves with mowed lawn ink and kitsch flamingo ink using daubers and shape leaves in mold and vines with shaping kit. Cover all the elements with glitter powder.

Stamp the sentiment with fern green ink on deluxe card, die cut using tag die from ornamental tag die set, color the edges with kitsch flamingo ink and add twine onto the tag.

Arrange all ready elements as shown using hot glue and foam dots and embellish with rose hip stamens and nuvo drops.
