Finished card size is 4 x 6". Cut base of card from white cardstock with tag die. Cut one panel from teal cardstock. Cut one panel from clear cardstock making sure you have a 1/2" hinge on the left side of tag. Using layering tag die, cut 2 panels from patterned paper (1 for front of card and 1 for inside of card). Ink edges of patterned paper tags with green distress ink, stamp sentiment on one panel with teal ink. Glue clear cardstock hinge to front of card base, glue teal cardstock on top (this will cover clear cardstock hinge), glue patterned paper panels, one on teal cardstock and one inside of card as pictured.
Stamp the following images on watercolor paper with desert sand ink: 2-carts, 3-flower vases, 2-candy vases, several small cupcakes, 2-cart wheels. Cut all pieces with coordinating dies, second cart, cut scalloped border and canopy, second wheel cut heart. Color images with real brush markers. Glue cart to clear cardstock, wheel, scalloped border and canopy of cart with foam dots. Glue all other images with foam dots as pictured. Because of the clear cardstock, I did not want to see all the glue and foam dots on the back, I cut all the coordinating images from green patterned paper and glued the images to the back of the clear cardstock.
Cut 2 small tags from patterned paper, ink edges with green ink, glue a couple of cupcakes to smaller tag with foam dots, add some twine. Punch hole at top of tag card as pictured, attach a white eyelet, add twine bow to secure small tags, glue small tags to front of card with foam dots as pictured. Glue a flower vase to lower right corner as pictured. Add some glitter to cupcakes, candy and flowers for some sparkle.
