Cut card base 6 x 6 inches in white card stock. Cut a scenery square piece of designer paper from the Sugarspun Paper Collection, cut an oval to the right on the designer paper and a smaller oval in designer paper for the sentiment. Cut a mat in purple card stock slightly larger than the scenery square and adhere to base, adhere scenery square to it. Stamp the number from the Sprinkled Confetti Cupcakes Cling Stamp Set and the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Special Birthday Sentiments Cling Stamp Set in Majestic Violet, cut out the 'th' from the sentiment and adhere it with the 70 to the left of the sentiment.
Adhere the sentiment oval with foam tape to the center of the oval. Stamp the cart and extra tire from the Sweet Shoppe Cling Stamp Set and the treats from the Sweet Shoppe Treats Cling Stamp Set in Black on water color paper, color with Zig markers and cut out with corresponding dies. Adhere the cart and sweets with foam tape on the left side of the card as shown.
Stamp the flowers from the Tweet Cherry Blossoms Cling Stamp Set in Vibrant Fuchsia and Lilac Posies, sponge with same ink and cut out with corresponding dies. Sculpt with the 3D Cherry Blossom Shaping Mold. Add prills to the centers of the flowers. Sponge blossoms with adhesive and cover with Crystal Clear glitter.
Stamp, and sponge leaves from the Tweet Cherry Blossoms Cling Stamp Set in Bamboo Leaves, cut out with corresponding dies and sculpt with the 3D Cherry Blossom Shaping Mold.
Adhere the flowers and leaves on cart and around sentiment as pictured.
