Instructions:
Cut cream cardstock to 9 1/2 x 6", score and fold at 4 3/4" to create card base. From the Rustic Sunflower paper collection (sheet 10A), cut top right panel to 4 3/4 x 6" size. Using from the HCD1-7157 Eyelet Oval & Basics Large Die, diecut the largest plain oval from center of card base and paper panel. Sponge edges of paper panel with Sunflower ink and attach onto front of card base. Cut top right panel sheet 9A from the paper collection, to fit onto the inside of card. Diecut two of the large eyelet oval frame from cream cardstock. Layer these oval frames on top of each other and sponge the inside edges of oval with Sunflower ink, then Leaf Green ink. Using from the HCD2-749 Cut Mat Create 1A Die, diecut the 2nd largest rectangle from blue paper (sheet 12A). Cut the blue panel in half and attach to top left and bottom right of eyelet oval frame. Trim off the extra blue panel that overlaps into the oval. Sponge the edges of blue panel with Manganese Blue ink. Attach the eyelet oval frame around oval opening of card front using glue and dimensional adhesive. Using the HCD1-7283 Courtyard Elegance Die, diecut from white cardstock. Cut out the corner lattice pieces from diecut and sponge with Sunflower and Monarch Orange ink. Apply Dries Clear Glue on a Hydra sponge and apply to the pieces along with Mustard glitter for some sparkle. Use the fine tip of glue to apply glue onto inside edge of oval and on details of card front, sprinkle with same glitter. Attach the chicken wire (lattice pieces) to card as shown.
Stamp the largest, second smallest and smallest set of sunflowers from HCPC-3962 Rustic Sunflower Cling Stamp Set in Peanut Brittle Ink onto Deluxe Flower Shaping cardstock and diecut with coordinating dies. Stamp the second smallest and smallest sunflower again and diecut, this time in Potter’s Clay ink. Stamp the leaves from the same set in Leaf Green ink and diecut with coordinating dies. Stamp 1 large stemmed sunflower and 2 small stemmed sunflowers from HCD1-7365 Rustic Sunflower Can & Freezer Cling Stamp Set in Olive Green ink and diecut with coordinating dies. Stamp the rustic freezer from the same set in Sepia ink and diecut with coordinating die. Stamp the ‘Friend’ sentiment in Leaf Green ink onto cream cardstock and cut apart. Sponge the edges of sentiment with Sunflower and Leaf Green ink.
Use the daubers along with the following inks to color the images. Use the Sunflower, Monarch Orange on the petals of sunflowers. Use the Monarch Orange and Sepia in the centers. For the leaves, use Sunflower and Leaf Green ink. For the rustic freezer, use the Sunflower, Monarch Orange, Sepia and Leaf Green. Using a hydra sponge, apply a touch of Crystal Lacquer over the sunflowers and leaves.
Use the Sunflower shaping mold to shape sunflowers and leaves. Use the shaping stylus from Deluxe Flower Shaping kit to finish shaping and for the stemmed leaves and rustic freezer. Cut off the petals from stemmed leaves. Attach floral wire to the backside using hot glue. Layer the sunflower petals together using hot glue. Use the Dries Clear glue in the sunflower centers, sprinkle with Express-O Yourself Prills, then lightly dust with Old Gold glitter. Attach the rustic freezer onto card using Double dots. Attach the sunflowers and leaves as shown. Attach sentiment as shown and add finishing touches of the Mustard glitter using the Dries Clear glue.
