Sunflower Anniversary Centerpiece

Instructions:

Fold a 12” x 6.25” piece of white card in half and place the largest simple centrepiece die over the fold. Die cut to create a tent fold card base. Cut the largest simple centrepiece die using white card and a 2nd diecut using paper from the paper collection. Adhere together and adhere to the card base. Die cut the decorative elegant hearts die using luxe gold card and adhere to the card base.

Die cut the hexagon from the elegant hearts die set using black paper from the collection and from white card. Die cut the small decorative elegant hearts die using green paper from the collection. Layer these together and adhere to the centre of the card base using foam pads.

Stamp the sentiment onto green paper using black ink and use the centre dies from the slim elegant rectangle to die cut, use the next size up to create a luxe gold layer and adhere together. Layer onto the card using foam pads.

Make the flowers: Stamp the sunflowers using Lilac posies ink onto flower shaping paper. Colour using the same ink and increasing the colour towards the centre. Add rhubarb stalk to the centre of the flower. Die cut and shape using the flower shaping tools. Place a dot of hot glue in the centre of each set of petals and cover with heart of gold prills, allow to cool and remove excess.

Make the leaves: Stamp the leaves using olive grove ink onto the green paper from the collection and diecut. Add a little shading using daubers to add more olive grove ink, place face down into the mold, spritz with water and run through the die cutting machine to shape.

Position the flowers and leaves and secure with hot glue.
