Summer Wreath Magnet
Summer Wreath Magnet

Instructions:
Using the Seasonal Wreath Die, tape down the shadow die and the small inside center die and cut out two blue cardstock pieces. Glue those together. Decide on placement for the magnet and glue it down. Then using the shadow die cut out a piece of Sheet 11B of the paper collection and glue that behind the blue wreath. This covers the magnet and also adds a pretty center to the wreath.
Stamp the Seasonal Wreath Accent pieces onto a piece of white cardstock. Color the leaves with Fern Green ink and most of the flowers were stamped with Rich Cocoa. Using the Stack and Store Daubers color the elements. I used Leaf Green and Olive to color the greenery. I used Rosebud to color the butterfly, the hearts and the birds belly and some of the flowers. This is where I used the Dove Blender Kit. I used Dandelion ink to color the flower head and the bumble bee and some of the filler pieces. I put Lettuce Entertain You Prills into the yellow flower head. The sunflowers are stamped in Dandelion and colored with Sunflower, Canteloupe, Dandelion and Rhubarb Stalk inks.
Cut everything out using the coordinating dies. Lay the sunflower leaves onto the shaping mold, spritz with water and run through the die cut machine. Turn out onto desk to dry. When dry, glue two petals together and add the flower center material. Allow to dry and when dry, add glitter. The little birds and the nest are colored using Rich Cocoa, Desert Sand for the nest and Danube Blue, Rosebud and Desert Sand for the little birds. Glue the birds onto the nest and glue into place on the wreath. I used dimensional tape to adhere the hearts and the bumble bee into place. Decide on placement of everything else and glue down. The project is finished.
