Cut a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of patten paper from Elegant Rose Frames paper collection and adhere it on a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" black card base. Die cut black cardstock and pattern papers from the same paper collection using the dies from Rectangle Filigree Frame Die. Adhere the layering pieces together and then adhere them on the card base using foam adhesive.

Stamp the sentiment from Elegant Rose Sentiments cling stamp set on a piece of Deluxe Flower Shaping paper with English Ivy Archival ink. Color the image with Zig clean colour brush pens and water brush. Die cut the image using the matching die from Elegant Rose Sentiments die sets. Die cut 3 more pieces of white cardstock using the same sentiment die and adhere them behind the stamped and die cut piece. Adhere this on the card base as shown to finish off the card.
