Starry Purple Poinsettias

Instructions:

Cut a piece of Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper 10 1/2" x 7 1/2”, score at 5 1/4” along the long side and fold. Die cut the shaped base using the No. 1 background die from the HCD2-7383 Simply Classic Rectangle Frame Die. Die cut a single background die using the No. 1 die from the HCD2-7383 Simply Classic Rectangle Frame Die Die out of Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Die cut the light green/blue  background using the same die from the paper collection and adhere to the front of the card.

Stamp the background stamp image from the HCPC-3998 Joyous Noel Background Cling Stamp Set in clear embossing ink and heat emboss with white embossing powder. Sponge Spun Sugar, Tumbled Glass and Shaded Lilac inks over and die cut with the No. 2 die from the HCD2-7383 Simply Classic Rectangle Frame Die set. Adhere over the front of the card. Die cut a silver frame using the No. 2 die from the HCD2-7383 Simply Classic Rectangle Frame Die and adhere to the edge of the stamped image.

Stamp the large angel image from the HCPC-3997 Starry Noel Angel Cling Stamp Set in Shaded Lilac and Tumbled Glass inks and die cut with the coordinating die. Die cut a plain die out of Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper and adhere the stamped image to it and then adhere to the front of the card as shown with foam tape.  

Stamp the large and small spray images from the HCPC-3959 Holly Berry Spray Cling Stamp Set in English Ivy on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Colour the leaves with Leaf Green ink and die cut with the coordinating dies. Add Crystal Clear glitter to the leaves with clear gloss gel medium and a paintbrush.  Adhere a large and small spray to the top left of the card.

Stamp the small spray image from the HCPC-3958 Small Festive Poinsettia Cling Stamp set in English Ivy ink on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper.  Colour the leaves with Leaf Green ink and die cut with the coordinating die.  Shape using the coordinating die and add Crystal Clear glitter using clear gloss gel medium and a paintbrush.  Adhere to the bottom right of the card.

Stamp the small flower images from the HCPC-3957 Large Festive Poinsettia Cling Stamp and the smaller flower images from the HCPC-3959 Small Festive Poinsettia Cling Stamp set in Paris Dusk ink on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Colour the images with Periwinkle, Violet and Magenta Hue inks and die cut with the coordinating dies. Colour the backs of the petals with Periwinkle ink and then shape using the coordinating mold and assemble with two of each size petal. Pierce the centres of the flowers and insert the silver pearl stamens and secure them with Dries Clear glue. Add Crystal Clear glitter using clear gloss gel medium and a paintbrush. Trim the stamen threads and adhere over the holly sprays with a hot glue gun – two large and one small flower to the top right and one small flower to the bottom right of the card.

Stamp the bell, ornament, holly, fir branches and pine cone images from the HCPC- 3967 Winter Wreath Accents Cling Stamp set in Jet Black ink on Iris cardstock. Colour with Zig Clean Colour Real Brush Markers and Prismacolour pencils and die cut with the coordinating dies. Adhere around the flowers as shown.

Stamp the dove and holly images from the HCPC-3997 Starry Noel Angel Cling Stamp Set in Black Onyx ink. Colour with Zig Clean Colour Real Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating die. Die cut a plain image out of Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper and adhere the painted image on the top. Add Crystal Clear glitter to the image with clear gloss gel medium and adhere over the poinsettias as shown.

To finish add clear sparkles to the angel's gown at the base.
