The ready card base is a 7 x 7 inch square card on Ivory cardstock. Score and fold the front panel from one of the opposite corners to make an easel card base. Using sheet 6A from HCDP1-2126 Sweet Magnolia Paper Collection, cut mat layer of size 6 7/8 x 6 7/8 inches, sponge the edges with Cactus Flower ink and adhere it to the inside panel along with a similar layer of silver card stock giving a thin frame around.  

Using sheet 10B, cut another mat layer with size 1/8 inch lesser than the card base. Cut this piece into 2 corner halves, sponge the edges with Cactus Flower ink and adhere it to the front panel. Using sheet 5B, cut one more layer of size 6 1/4 x 6 1/4 inches, sponge the edges with the same ink and adhere it to the bottom half of the front panel, along with a similar piece of silver cardstock giving a thin frame around. Use HCD1-7398 French Courtyard Die to cut 1 piece each on Ivory and Silver cardstock, layer them together slightly off-centered and adhere on the front panel as shown. 

Using HCD2-7382 Simply Classic Oval Frame Die, cut 2 pieces of the smallest decorative die on silver carstock, cut them in half and adhere on the corners of the inside panel. Stamp the sentiment from Special Birthday Sentiments Cling Stamp Set on sheet 12A using Cactus Flower ink and cut using HCD1-7202 Album Tags and Accents Die. Sponge the edges with the same ink and adhere it on the inside panel with dimensional tape as shown. Cut the inner sentiment circle from HCD1-7398 French Courtyard Die with 1 piece each of Ivory and Silver card stock, sponge the edges of the Ivory pieces with Cactus Flower ink and adhere them to the exact center as shown. 

Onto flower making paper, stamp several images of HCPC-3948 Sweet Magnolia Blooms Cling Stamp Set using Majestic Violet ink and color them using Cactus Flower ink. Stamp several images of HCPC-3911 Wisteria Petals Cling Stamp Set using Fern Green ink and color using Sunflower ink. Stamp several leaf images from HCPC-3835 Leafy Accents Cling Stamp Set with Fern Green ink and color using Leaf Green and Sunflower ink. Cut all the images using their coordinating dies and shape using the flower shaping tools. For the larger and medium flowers, stack and glue 3 petals each with Ivory pearl stamens on the center. For the filler flowers, use small unicorn beads for the center. 

On vellum cardstock, stamp and white heat emboss few images of the dragonfly from HCPC-3983 Decorative Dragonfly Cling Stamp Set and color them using Cactus flower and Sunflower inks. Cut the images using the coordinating dies and stack 3 of them together with glue only on the center. Sponge some dries clear glue on the dragonfly, flowers and leaves to add Crystal clear glitter along with rainbow sequins. Arrange all the ready elements on the card front as shown and adhere them using hot glue and dimensional tape.

Finish off the card by adding some clear water droplets around the arrangement.
