Instructions: Cut a piece of white cardstock to 10 x 7", score and fold at 5" on the long side. Use from the HCD2-7306 Decorative Circle Frames Die to diecut the folded card. Leave the edge of die extended over the fold to create a shaped card base. Use the same die to diecut a deep lavender paper from the Cascading Petals paper collection. Layer onto card base. Now diecut the large decorative piece of the die from white cardstock. Cut a circle opening in the center with the largest plain circle from HCD1-7154 Eyelet Circle & Basics Small Die. Apply Dries Clear glue to a sponge and dab over the decorative circle, then sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear. Attach onto the card base with dimensional adhesive. Use the large plain circle to diecut a card front image from the paper collection. Attach the circle into center of decorative circle on card. Stamp the ‘Heartfelt Thanks’ sentiment in Majestic Violet ink onto the circle as shown.
Stamp the small wisteria petals 1x from HCPC-3911 Wisteria Petals Cling Stamp Set in Majestic Violet ink onto Flower Shaping cardstock and diecut with coordinating die. Stamp the same image again 1x in Cactus Flower ink onto the cardstock and diecut with coordinating die. One more time stamp the petals 2x, this time in Forget-Me-Not ink onto the cardstock and diecut with coordinating die.
Stamp the arched wisteria from the same stamp set in a dual tone of Cactus Flower on the wisteria and Fern Green ink on the leaves, then diecut with coordinating die. Repeat this step, using the Majestic Violet and Fern Green inks. Repeat one more time using the Forget-Me-Not and Fern Green inks. Stamp the left facing songbird from HCPC-3913 Floral Song Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black ink onto the white cardstock and diecut with coordinating die.
Use the Stack and Store daubers to color the images. Use the Majestic Violet ink on the purple wisteria petals. Use Cactus Flower ink on the pink wisteria petals. Use the Forget-Me-Not ink on the blue wisteria petals. Sponge in a circular motion from center outwards, leaving the edges white. Sponge on the backsides of petals too. Use the Majestic Violet, Vibrant Fuchsia, Forget-Me-Not, Fern Green and Vivid Chartreuse inks on the arched wisteria and leaves. Use the Zig Marker along with blender to color the songbird image. You’ll need the Orange, Dark Brown, Cobalt Blue, Persian Blue, Olive Green and Mustard markers. Sponge the flowers and leaves next to songbird with Vibrant Fuchsia, Fern Green and Vivid Chartreuse inks.
Use the stylus from the Deluxe Flower Shaping kit to shape wisteria petals. Pierce a hole in the center of each petal. Shape the arched wisteria. Thread the blue wisteria petals onto wired stamen. Start with 1 wired stamen for first petal, then grab another one for the second petal, threading through both wires. Using multiple wires allows for a bigger grouping of petals at the top of each bunch. Use hot glue to attach the petals. You’ll need 11 blue wisteria in the bunch. You’ll need 2 single blue buds, 1 purple, and 2 pink ones. Attach the songbird on the bottom left of circle. Attach the wisteria bunch as shown. Cut all 3 colors of the arched wisteria into sections, attaching around the wisteria bunch and songbird as pictured. Attach leaves and single buds next to the songbird. You’ll have some leftover pieces.
Apply some of the Dries Clear Glue along onto a hydra sponge, dab over wisteria, leaves and rest of card as desired, then sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear.
