The ready top-fold card base from a smooth white card stock measures 9” by 4”. Choose a designer paper from Decorative Dragon Paper Collection and cut measuring 8 3/4" by 3 3/4". Adhere this paper on the white card base.

Cut a piece of  Slim Eyelet Rectangle Die in white and create a border along with the designer paper cut by using same size die from Slim Basic Rectangle Die set. Adhere this panel on the card base using foam tape. Cut three decorative die cuts from white card stock using Slim Lattice Oval die and glue them together for extra strength. Cover the large die cut all over with Encore metallic ink in gold and sprinkle aged ivory embossing enamel. Dust extras and heat set using a heat tool. Now use sponge to apply the mousse Cosmic Brown on the edges of the die cut. Adhere this die cut  and the small white die cut on the card base using foam dots. 

Stamp the required images from Decorative Dragonfly Cling Stamp Set and Daydream Florals Cling Stamp Set using black archival ink. Paint all the images using Zig Clean Clear Brush Markers and cut them using its coordinating dies.

Stamp the sentiment from Celebrate Love Sentiments Cling Stamp Set using white pigment ink on Vellum and sprinkle white embossing powder. Heat set the sentiment. 

Once all the elements are ready, assemble the card as shown.
