Snowman Card And Clear Box

Other products: White Cardstock, VersaMark Ink, Mossy Meadow Ink, Recollections Iridescent Gems, SparkleNSprinkle Arctic Embossing Powder, natural branch pieces and mini pinecones

Instructions: Create a 5 3/4" x 4 1/2" card base from white cardstock. Trim and adhere a blue patterned panel from the Snow Kissed Paper Collection to cover the card front.

Next, stamp the two sets of trees from the Frolicking Frosty and Spruce Stamp Set onto dark green patterned paper with Mossy Meadow ink and die cut with the coordinating die. On the back side of the trees, “draw” a crease down the center using a 2 mm stylus tip. Spread a thin, even layer of Dries Clear adhesive over each of the trees, sprinkle with Crystal glitter and set aside to dry.

Stamp two sets of snowflakes with Versamark Ink onto blue-green patterned paper using the Snow Kissed Flakes and Tag Cling Stamp Set and heat emboss with Arctic embossing powder. Die cut a pre-colored Snowman from the paper collection using the Frolicking Frosty die. Die cut a Lacy Oval using the Eyelet Oval Die from patterned paper. Adhere the center of the oval to the card front. Assemble the snowman, trees and snowflake die cut pieces on the card front using the sample as a guide for placement. Reserve a medium sized tree, two small snowflakes and the lacy oval frame for the outside of the card box. Add gems, natural branch pieces and mini pinecones to complete the winter scene.

Insert the prepared card into a clear card box. Center the lacy oval over the center of the card scene and adhere using dries clear adhesive. Attach the two snowflakes and tree reserved earlier, to the box front as show in the sample. Add iridescent gems to the snowflakes to complete the card.
