Cut out the white base of the card and fold it to 4 1/2" x 9 1/2". From the paper collection, cut a slightly smaller rectangle and glue to the base. Cut white paper frames from the Slim Star Lattice rectangle Die set. Then cut out of black and green paper from the collection a rectangle from the same set and a smaller frame from the same set and stick it under the matching openwork frames. Then glue the layers  with Double Dots 100 pc. -3D Foam Circles.

Stamp the sentiment from the Elegant Rose Sentiments set on white paper with black ink, then cut out with coordinating die and adhere as shown.
