Cut out the white base of the card and fold it to 4" x 8". From the paper collection, cut a slightly smaller rectangle and adhere to the base. Then cut a rectangle of white paper 3.50" x 7.50", and a slightly smaller rectangle from the paper collection. Glue with Double Dots 100pc. -3D Foam Circles.

From white paper and silver, cut out the smaller frame from the Oval Filigree Frame Die set. Glue the silver frame under the white frame so that it protrudes a little. Glue to the card.

From white paper and silver, cut out the banner frame from the Filigree Border & Accents Die set. Glue the silver frame under the white frame so that it protrudes a little. Glue to the card as shown

Use black ink to stamp a stamp from Elegant Rose Sentiments on white paper, then color with watercolor markers and cut out with a matching die. Using the same die, cut out the frame from the silver paper Adhere the silver frame under the colored frame so that it protrudes a little from underneath.

Glue everything as shown.
