Instructions: Cut out a base for a 5x7 inch card using White Cardstock. Cut out a 3x7 inch piece of vellum and die cut the left edge of the vellum paper with the long edge die from the Sweetheart Borders Craft Dies and adhere the remaining piece of vellum to the card so that that the decorative die cut edge is sticking out on the left side of the card. From the Blushing Rose Collection Paper Pad, cut out a 5x7 inch piece out of the 12x12inch yellow purple rose background pattern and adhere it to the front of the card base with double sided adhesive tape. Then, take the smaller yellow purple rose pattern from the paper pad and cut it out to a 4x6 inch piece and adhere it to the center of the card. Cut out a 4x6 inch piece of vellum and using Designer Dries Clear adhesive, adhere the edges of the vellum over the 4x6 inch piece of the centered paper. This completes the background of the card.

Start the front window of the shaker card by cutting out a 4 3/4 x 6 1/4 inch piece from the light purple text patterned background from the Blushing Rose paper pad and die cut an oval from the center using the solid Eyelet Oval Die. Cut a 4x6 inch piece of acetate and adhere it to the opening of the back of the window frame with double sided adhesive tape around the edges so that the window frame is sealed. Next, take the yellow patterned sheet from the Blushing Rose paper pad and using the Eyelet Oval Die, cut out an oval decorative border and adhere the border to the front of the window frame, lining it up with the oval window using Designer Dries Adhesive. Turn the window over to its backside and apply 3D foam tape around the edges of the oval window making sure there are no gaps or spaces between the tape. This is to ensure that the sequins and the seed beads don't escape once the card is completed. Apply Foam tape to the sides and corners of the window as well to prop the window up from the card base. Set aside.

Take the bells from the Classic Wedding Bells Cling set and stamp on white cardstock using Ranger Archival Ink in Jet Black and die cut using the coordinating dies. Color the stamped image using the polychromos pencil colors listed above and adhere 3D foam tape to the back. Adhere the stamped image to the center of the card base, ensuring that it is centered in alignment with the oval window and adhere.

Take sequins and place them around the stamped image along with the seed beads, ensuring that they stay in place around the stamped image, within the oval confine of where the window will sit. Take the window frame and place it over top of the stamped image making sure that it is centered and adhere. This process closes the shaker window.

From the Blushing Rose paper pad, cut out the decorative blank purple rectangle template and stamp with the "Best Wishes" stamp from the Classic Wedding Roses Cling Stamp set using Ranger Archival Ink in Jet Black. Use 3D foam tape for the back and adhere it to the front of the shaker window on the lower left side.

To embellish the card, use Designer Dries Adhesive to randomly attach sequins to the face of the card. Do the same using Nuvo Drops with the colors suggested above to match the colors to and decorate the remainder of the card frame and or background to your desire and allow to dry for 24 hours.
