Instructions: Card size: 6 x 6 1/2". Cut white cardstock 6 x 6 1/2", Cut Clear cardstock (acetate) 6 x 7", score at the top 1/2", glue the 1/2" tab to the back of the 6 x 6 1/2" white panel at the top. Cover the inside, on the white, with a piece of underwater decorative paper 6 x 6 1/2".

Decorate inside: Stamp fish using black, die cut then color with Copics (or favorite coloring method).  Glue fish to the inside around the middle section.  Add bubbles using Nuvo Crystal Drops, set aside to dry while you make the rest of the elemenets.

Stamp Flower blossoms, each size, in 4 Tropical colors (purple, yellow, orange and pink). Stamp leaves using Fern Green. Sponge color on blossoms, mixing and matching and sponge Leaf green on leaves, die cut, form, then add white Prills to the stamen and centers.  Die cut Elegant Pocket Accent from white and from peach color decorative paper then glue the set to the top of the front on the clear (cardstock). Cut 2 corners from the Frame a Card dies from white and 2 triangles for backing out of the peach then glue them to the front of the card at the bottom. 

Stamp the large shell using black and color. Pop the shell up over the 2 corners in the center. Arrange flowers and leaves at the top over the Elegant Pocket Accent die cut. Cut out “You are Fintastic” from decorative paper, give it aa fishtail cut at the end and tuck it into the flowers. Tie a bow with 1/8” ribbon and glue it to the sentiment at the top.  

Randomly glitter card inside and glitter all the flowers.  Add a large pearl at each bottom corner.
