Its a ready folded card base measuring 9 1/2" by 5 3/4". Cut panel on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper measuring 9 1/4 by 5 1/2" and adhere on the card base using dimensional tape, trim panel from Moment in Time Paper Collection which is slightly smaller than last panel and adhere on the card base using clear glue.

Die cut the big tag shape on the pattern paper from Moments in Time Paper and trim small tag shape on the pattern paper from Elegant Rose Frame Paper Collection and adhere small tag shape on the big tag using clear glue. Add this add on the card base using dimensional tape.

Die cut the small window frame on the Deluxe Card from Rounded Window frame by placing circle die in the center from Eyelet Circles Basic & Small Die Set 2x and adhere both together using clear glue, apply glue on the window and cover with Magic Glitter Powder. Add this window frame as shown using clear glue.

For the roses, stamp the Classic Rose on the light pink cardstock using versamark embossing ink cover with gold tinsel embossing powder, heat set using heating tool. Die cut using coordinating die, color the centers with mulberry ink with daubers, shape the flower petals using shaping kit and make a few flowers. Add pearls in the centers using hot glue.

Stamp the leave accent image from Classic Rose on the Deluxe Card using Leaf Green Ink, die cut using coordinating die, color the image with mowed lawn ink using dauber and shape the accents using shaping kit and cover with magic glitter.

Stamp sentiment image from Elegant Rose Sentiments Cling Stamp Set on the Deluxe Card using Mulberry Ink, die cut the image using coordinating die add extra layer underndeath for the sturdiness.

Die cut the 2 corners from Album and Tag Die Set on the green card cover with magic glitter and adhere these corners on the top right and left sides using clear glue.

Arrange all ready elements as shown using hot glue and clear glue. Embellish the card with Decorative Beads.
