Roses in the Courtyard

Instructions:

Make the base of the card using Deluxe flower Shaping paper. Cut a piece of card stock measuring 7” x 6 1/2"  and score at 1/2" on longer side. Fold the flap. Cut another piece measuring 6 1/2” x 6 1/2" and adhere this piece on the flap. Cut a mat layer from white card stock measuring 6 1/4" x 6 1/4" and adhere to the card base.Cut pattern paper from paper collection, a little smaller than the second mat layer and adhere to the card front.

Cut a die cut in Luxe silver paper from the French Courtyard die and add the same size of vellum paper at the back. Adhere this whole piece on the card front.Cut another piece in white card stock and use only two corner squares. Trim the pieces to get the corner design and adhere in the centre of the card.

Cut another piece of die cut in white card stock and trim to form a 4” x 4” square. Add a blue pattern paper at the back and adhere this whole piece in the centre using foam tape.

Cut a piece of eyelet frame in silver cardstock and add to the card. Cut a piece of vellum circle smaller than the eyelet frame and add to the card front. Cut the decorative Birthday die cut in silver card stock. Add blue pattern paper at the back and adhere to the card.

To make the flowers, stamp the bigger size flowers from the Classic Rose stamp set, on deluxe flower shaping paper with pink peony ink. Color the flowers with a blend of pink peony and leaf green ink. Cut with matching die. Shape the flowers in 3D flower shaping mold for Classic Rose. Use three big size flowers and two medium size flowers to form a single rose flower.

Stamp the smallest flowers in leaf green ink. Cut with matching die and shape them. Add green prills in the centre.

Make small flowers using the Wisteria stamp and die with Sunflower ink and add orange prills in the center. Make the leaves using the Leafy Accents set.

Arrange the flowers and leaves on the card.
