Instructions: Cut a piece of white cardstock to 9 1/2 x 6 1/2" size, score and fold at 4 3/4" to create card base. Cut the mountain scene from the paper collection to a 4 3/4 x 6 1/2" size panel. Sponge the edges with Monarch Orange ink and attach onto card base.
Stamp the cabin image from HCPC-3893 Create a 'scape Backcountry Cling Stamp Set in Jet Black ink onto white cardstock. Stamp the howling wolf image from the same stamp set, right next to the cabin scene, creating a larger scene with a river flowing in the center. Use the coordinating dies to diecut the top outline of images. Trim down the sides and bottom to fit onto card. Stamp and diecut the cabin and wolf scene again for extra pieces of the tree, stones, canoe and wolf. Stamp and diecut the watermill image for an extra tree.
Use the Stack and Store daubers to color the images. For some of the detailed areas, use Zig markers along with the blender. For the pine trees, use Leaf Green ink. For the grass use the same green ink along with a touch of Sunflower and Vivid Chartreuse ink. Use the French Ultramarine, Manganese Blue, and Forget-Me-Not ink on the water. Use the Monarch Orange on the canoe. On the cabin use Zig markers, Mid Brown and Brown along with blender. Use the Mid Green, Light Green and Deep Green Zig marker and blender on the grasses and trees. Use Mid Gray Zig markers on the stones. Use the same gray and brown markers on the wolf. Cut a sentiment from the Wilderness Retreat paper collection.
Use dimensional adhesive to layer the backcountry scene directly onto the card. Use the shaping stylus to shape the canoe, stones, trees, wolf and then layer them onto the card as shown. Attach sentiment at the top of card as pictured. Apply some of the Dries Clear glue onto hydra sponge and dab over card and scene, then lightly sprinkle with Poupon glitter and tap off. Apply Crystal Lacquer over the water and let dry.
