Instructions: Diecut 4 x 6” Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper card base using the Baby’s Air Balloon Die. Make sure the die is just over the top fold before cutting. Diecut the ropes just on the card front. Stamp the air balloon image on watercolor paper using Memento London Fog ink. Color using Zig markers; pale green, pale pink, beige and lilac. Diecut the image using the air balloon die, then diecut two more times from Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Adhere the layers together using dries clear adhesive, cover with UTEE embossing powder and heat set using Heat It tool. Repeat two more times to get an even glossy finish. Adhere to card base. Diecut paper from the Tender Moments collection, ink the edges with Majestic Violet ink, stamp ‘Welcome’ from Welcome Baby Cling Stamp Set and adhere to the inside of the card.

Stamp the elephant from the Baby's Friends Cling Stamp Set, the rose spray from the Welcome Baby Cling Stamp Set, the ‘Baby Girl’ from the Baby's Air Balloon Cling Stamp Set on watercolor paper using Memento London Fog Ink, color using zig markers and diecut using coordinating dies. Diecut a second time from Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper and adhere the layers together. Cover with VersaMark, sprinkle with UTEE embossing powder and heat set using Heat It tool. Repeat two more times to get an even glossy finish.

Adhere the elephant to the inside of the basket using hot glue and adhere the rose spray and baby girl sign to the balloon using dimensional dots and hot glue.
