Peacock by the Window

Instructions:

Make a 6-inch square card base using white cardstock. Cut white cardstock 6" x 12"  and score at the 6" mark on the longer side. Fold to make a top folding card. Cut luxe gold card stock little smaller than the card front and adhere to the base. Cut pattern paper little smaller than the gold mat layer and attach to the card base.

Cut a square card panel from the pattern paper and remove the centre part to create a window add dimensional tape at the back of this card panel and adhere to the Card front. 

Cut two pieces of die cuts in white card stock and in gold Cardstock from the Slim Elegant Rectangle die. Adhere the white die cut on top of the gold die cut offsetting a little. Then trim the whole piece to cover the window of the square card panel in the front.

Stamp the ornate window image using the ornate window stamp on white card stock using jet black ink. Stamp the image two times and cut the whole image using the outermost die. Use the inner die to cut the doors. Colour the image using distress inks and  attach the window on top of the whole die piece. Adhere the whole piece on the card front.

Stamp the peacock image with jet black ink on white card stock and colour with Zig markers. Cut using the matching die and adhere the peacock on the left side beside the window.

Stamp the sunflower images on flower making card stock using cactus flower ink. Colour using the Magenta hue and cactus flower ink and  shade the centre part with sunflower ink. Cut using the matching die. Shape the flowers in the 3D flower shaping mold for sunflower. Adhere two flowers together. Mix the two prills together and add to the centre part of the flower using clear glue.
Make filler  flowers using the smallest stamp from the classic rose stamp set with leaf green ink. Shape using ball tool from the flower making kit. Add a stamen in the centre.

Make leaves using the leaf green ink on flower shaping paper with leafy accent stamp. Colour leaves and shape them in the 3D leafy accent shaping mold.

Arrange the flowers and the leaves on the card front using hot glue. Stamp the sentiment on a small circle and attach to the card front to finish the card.
