The light blue patterned paper is the background. Cut a strip of the blue patterned paper that is 5.5 x 12". Tear at the 7.5" mark, and then tear the remaining length into additional strips, that get adhered together at the bottom. Adhere this whole piece to the left hand side of the layout. Die cut out the Noel Decorative Die from white cardstock, then it's mat from Luxe Silver cardstock. Cut a piece of dark blue patterned paper that fits in behind the Noel Decorative Die and adhere that in place. Then adhere this to the Luxe Silver cardstock layer using foam tape. Adhere the entire piece to the top of the blue patterned strip using foam tape.

Mat the photo in white cardstock and adhere to the blue patterned paper strip using foam tape.
Find and fussy cut out the blue doily looking journal block and adhere to the right of the matted photo. Find and cut out the small blue journal block and adhere just below the doily using foam squares.

Stamp and die cut 3 sets of each size of the Clematis flowers using an embossing pad, white embossing powder onto vellum cardstock. Shape the flowers using the coordinating 3D Shaping Mold. Add pearls to the middle of the larger flowers and dew drops to the smaller flowers. Then using liquid adhesive, add Crystal Clear Glitter the flower petals. Let dry.

Stamp and die cut the angel image using grey ink (Archival- Shadow Grey) onto white cardstock. Using the Cobalt Blue Zig Clean Color Marker and a water brush, add just the slightest color to the angel image. Add to the right of the small journal block using foam squares. 

Add the flowers around the matted photo, journal blocks and a small flower on the angel image. Add a few pearls also, around the flower clusters.

Die cut out the title using the Letters and Numbers Die from Luxe Silver Cardstock. I used a combination of large and small letters for my title. Adhere to the journal blocks and background using a liquid adhesive.
