Instructions: My card is 6 X 6". Make card base out of watercolor paper. I sometimes use that for strength and stability. Cover with a piece of the paper collection then set it aside to dry and we will begin working on the other elements of this card.
Using the circle dies and the white cardstock, cut out a circle that has the scalloped edges. Now cut a smaller circle of the paper collection and glue it to the larger circle. I used dimensional tape and adhered it to the center of my card.
Using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink, stamp the flower petals, umbrella and the butterfly and use the coordinating die to cut them out. Cut out the umbrella and butterfly then use a Dove Blender pen and ink to color. Next I added some Crystal Clear to give it a bit of sparkle and set it aside to dry. I colored the Lilac flowers before I cut them out, this makes the process a bit quicker. I used the Lush Lilac Shaping Mold to shape the petals; once the flowers have been run through the die cut machine in the mold I use my flower shaping kit to just press down in the center of the flower and it makes the petals stand up for more dimension. I added the Prills to the center of the flowers and set them aside to dry. Once dry, I glued the flowers to the umbrella and then I used dimensional tape to adhere it to the circle. I also glued down the little butterfly.
Now go back to the paper pack and find a sentiment and cut it out. I used Lilac Posies Memento Ink and went around the edges of the sentiment and then used more dimensional tape to glue to the card front.
