Instructions: Click here to see more of this layout. Take both of the patterned papers that have the dark blue top. Cut the top 6" off each and adhere together in the middle. Fussy cut the mountains from one of the patterns and adhere to the bottom of the layout using crafty foam tape. Cut a strip of the blue gingham patterned paper that is 1.25 x 12". Cut 2 strips of the striped pattern and adhere to the back of the blue gingham strip. Then adhere across the middle of the layout. Find and cut out the brown border strip and adhere to the top of the layout.
Mat the 4 x 6" photo in white cardstock, then create a larger mat using yellow patterned paper, cut a strip of the brown patterned paper that is 1.5 x 9" and tear both ends. Adhere this to the back of the matted photo. Cut a larger mat from yellow patterned paper, adhere to the matted photo using crafty foam tape. Adhere the entire piece to the middle of the layout using crafty foam tape. Find and die cut out the large blue tag and small sunset tag using the coordinating dies. Cut them each down in length and adhere to the top left hand corner of the layout. Add a natural burlap string bow to each. Find and cut out the “Live in the Moment” sentiment and adhere to the right of the matted photo.
Stamp and die cut 4 sets of mountains using black ink (Staz On- Jet Black) onto white cardstock. Stamp and die cut 2 sets of the clouds using black ink onto white cardstock. Add color to the images using Zig Clean Color Markers and a waterbrush. Clouds: Cobalt Blue, Pink, Yellow Mountains: Mid Grey, Light Grey, Olive Green, Mid Brown Adhere the mountains along the border strip, layering them slightly. Add foam squares to the mountain tops to make them pop. Adhere the cloud pieces to the top section of the layout using 3D foam squares.
