Cut out a white Rounded Window Frame. Cut two strips of blue paper from the Elegant Mosaics Paper Collection to 4 x 12", score vertical lines every 0,5" then fold the strips into an accordion and glue both ends together. Pinch the middle part to form a rosette shape, adhere the bottom part with a piece of paper and adhere the rosette to the doily. Cut a strip of paper from the Elegant Mosaics Paper Collection to 4 x 12", roll it up to get a lollypop stick. Adhere it to the rosette and add some string and ribbon.

Stamp the biggest mosaic in Magenta Hue ink using Elegant Mosaics Cling Stamp Set and cut out with the biggest coordinating die. Color the edges with Cactus Flower ink. Stamp 2 mosaics in French Ultramarine ink and cut out with the second and third die. Stamp another mosaic in Magenta Hue ink and cut out with the smallest coordinating die. Color all mosaics with the same inks. Stamp the Baby Koala in Tuxedo Black ink and Baby’s Friends Cling Stamp, color it with promarkers and cut it out.

Stamp blossoms from Curvy Floral Frame Cling Stamp Set and 3 smaller blossoms from Sweet Magnolia Blooms Cling Stamp Set in Cactus Flower and French Ultramarine inks onto Deluxe Flower Shaping paper. Color all elements with the same inks. Shape magnolias with the mold and small flowers with Deluxe Flower Shaping Tools. Add some Pastel Pearl Medium Stamens to their centers. Stamp 1 branch from Leafy Accents Cling Stamp Set in Leaf Green ink, color it, cut out with coordinating die and shape with coordinating mold. Use dimensional adhesive and hot glue to attach all elements onto card as pictured. Add some crystals.

To add the extra sparkle, use the Dries Clear glue along with Crystal Clear glitter over flowers.
