Instructions: To view the inside photos of this project click this link. Using a bone folder, fold and burnish the score lines on the layered ovals card base. Using the Delicate borders dies, cut a border on the right edge of the back cover and all of the panels.
Cut out 9 pieces of 5” x 7” coordinating paper designs from the Young at Heart paper collection and using the plain edge border die cut the edges of these mat layers. Line up two of these papers for each panel and trace the oval onto the designer paper. Using the coordinating size die from the Eyelet Ovals & Basics Dies, cut out the oval shapes with your die cutting machine.
Using Dries Clear Adhesive, adhere all of the panels to the flaps on the card spine with the smallest oval panel on the flap closest to the back cover and the largest oval in the front of your layered card. Adhere all of the designer papers to the panels with Dries Clear Adhesive.
Stamp the images of the cars and plane with Archival Jet black ink and colour with zig markers. Cut them out with Coordinating dies. Shape them a little with the Flower Shaping Tool Kit and adhere them inside and on the front with 3D foam circles. Stamp and colour a coconut tree and cut with matching die. Adhere on the front cover. Stamp the daisy flower in Blue and Tea Rose ink and colour with the same colours using daubers. Cut with coordinating die. Shape the petals with the flower shaping tool kit, layer and insert pollens to make flowers. Stamp and colour leaves with green shades of Archival ink and cut with matching dies. Give them shape with the tool kit.
Stamp a festive gate in black ink and colour with coffee colour. Cut with the coordinating die, trim and adhere to the card front and at places on the inside pages.
Adhere the flowers and leaves to the front and the inside pages.
Stamp the sentiments in black ink and add to the project as shown.
