Instructions: Click here to see a larger photo of this project. Start by cutting the lantern out of white card stock using panels from the Lush Lilac Paper collection according to the directions found here. Also cut the designer paper using the cut file and adhere onto lantern. Adhere clear cardstock behind the openings in the lantern. The lilac flowers were stamped on white card stock using Watering Can Ink and die cut with the matching die before distressing with Victorian Violet ink and shaping with the 3D lush lilac Shaping Mold and accenting the centers with Diamond Stickles.
The butterflies were stamped on white card stock using Tuxedo Black ink and die cut with the matching die before coloring with a combination of Elderberry and Sweet Plum inks and accenting with Lavender Micro Glitter. Die cut birdcage from white cardstock for all 4 sides and adhere all pieces as shown.
