Stamp the frame from Stylish Rose Frame Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black ink onto the white cardstock, color it with colored pencils and cut out with coordinating dies. Cut out a silver and a white decor with a die from the Filigree Accents Die set. Adhere all elements as pictured.

Stamp blossoms from the Small Wild Rose Cling Stamp Set in Vibrant Fuchsia and Magenta Hue inks, color their edges and centers with the same ink, diecut with coordinating dies and shape with mold. Add Pastel Bead Medium and Pastel Pearl Small to big flowers and Tu Tu Pink prills to small flowers. Stamp 4 branches from Classic Rose Cling Stamp Set in Fern Green ink, color them with Leaf Green ink, cut out with coordinating die and shape with coordinating mold. Use dimensional adhesive and hot glue to attach all elements onto card as pictured.

To add the extra sparkle, use the Dries Clear glue along with Crystal Clear glitter over flowers.
