Find and cut out the 6 x 6" background patterned paper and adhere that to a 6 x 6" white cardstock card base. Cut a piece of the black patterned paper that is 4.25 x 4.25", and the cream patterned paper that is 3.75 x 3.75". Adhere these layers together, and then adhere to the card base using foam tape. 

Using the Oval Filigree Frame die, cut the smaller decorative image from black patterned paper. Using the large oval dies, cut out the same size oval from red patterned paper. Adhere these layers together. Adhere to the card using foam tape. Stamp the sentiment onto cream cardstock using black ink (Staz On- Jet Black), and die cut out using a smaller plain oval die. Adhere to the middle of the decorative piece. 

Stamp and die cut the Wild Poppy Accents image using black ink onto white cardstock. Add color to the image using ink and daubers (Close To My Heart- Poppy, and Stampin Up- Cucumber). Use a water brush to add the same ink colors for a little more depth in tones. Shape the image using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Add Prills to the middle of the flowers using a liquid adhesive. Let dry. Add black Stickles around the Prills, let dry. Adhere this accent piece to the card using foam squares. Add gems to the corners of the cream patterned paper layer.
