Instructions: Score a 15" x 5.5" piece of white card at 7.5" to create your 7.5 x 5.5" card base.
Cut a 7.25" x 5.25" piece of black card and a slightly smaller blue paper from the paper collection and layer onto the card base.
Cut a 6" x 4" piece of white stamping card and spritz with water. Sprinkle with pixie powder and brusho, add more water to disperse the powders further and allow to dry. Sponge around the edges with balmy blue ink to remove any white areas and then with blueberry bushel to give a darker edge. Mount onto a slightly larger piece of black card and adhere to the card base using foam pads.
Make the smaller flowers: stamp the flowers onto white stamping card using black StazOn ink, colour using the Kuretake pens and die cut. Spritz the mold with water and place the flowers face up onto the mold, place the top of the mold into position and run through the die cutting machine. Remove from the mold and allow to dry. Add colour to the reverse of the flower. Layer the flowers together using 2 larger petals and one smaller petal. Add nuvo drops to the centre of the flowers and sprinkle with prills, remove excess and allow to dry.
Make the central flower: Stamp the flower from the Oakberry Lane Antics stamp set 3 or 4 times using black StazOn ink. Colour using the kuretake water colour pens. Die cut and lightly shape the leaves to one image and add centrally to the base card. Cut a set of 3 petals, a set of 2 petals, a centre with one petal attached and a centre only from the other coloured images and build up/decoupage them using silicone glue. Use a drop of nuvo drops and prills as with the smaller flowers.
Shape and diecut some more coloured leaves and position these amongst the smaller flowers onto the card.
Using the Kuretake pinks colour a piece of white card, allow it to dry and stamp the sentiment in black ink and add clear embossing powder, remove the excess and heat to set. Die cut the tag. Tie a bow with the yarn and tuck the tag under the leaves at the front and secure in place using foam pads.
