Instructions: Cut the 6" x 4" panel from the patterned paper. Die cut two decorative edges using the die from the HCD1-7247 Regal Pocket Accents Die set out of Brunswick Green cardstock and adhere to the top and bottom of the panel. Cut a piece of white cardstock 4" x 6" and adhere to the back of the panel.

Stamp the kitty with balloons from the HCPC-3877 Playful Miss Kitty Stamp set in Jet Black ink on Iris cardstock. Colour with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating die. Adhere to the tag as shown.

Stamp the kitty and bird image from the HCPC-3875 Purring and Playful Stamp set in Jet Black ink on Iris cardstock. Colour with Zig Clean Colour Brush markers and die cut with the coordinating die. Adhere little birds to the bottom left of the tag.

Stamp the leaf images from HCPC-3874 Purr-fect Posies Stamp set in Library Green ink on Deluxe Flower Shaping card. Colour with Leaf Green and Olive inks and die cut with the coordinating dies. Shape using the coordinating mold and add Crystal Clear glitter with Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge and adhere to the top right and bottom left below the kitty.

Stamp the flower images from HCPC-3874 Purr-fect Posies Stamp set in Forget-me-Not ink on Deluxe Flower Shaping card. Colour with Wisteria and French Ultramarine inks and die cut with the coordinating dies. Shape using the coordinating mold, add Crystal Clear glitter with Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge and Lemon Chiffon Prills to the centres and add over the leaves as shown.

Add extra little birdies to the flowers.
