Instructions: Cut the base from White paper with the die HCD2-7306 Decorative Circle Frames Die. With the same die, cut out the element from the paper set, then cut a smaller piece from the same set out of white paper. Cut the smaller round frame from the white paper from the same set of cutting dies. From the paper collection cut a larger circle from the set HCD1-7313 Decorative snow globle Die.
Stamp images from the HCPC-3920 Starry Night Winterscapes and HCPC-3921 Festive Winterscapes using black ink. Die cut using the coordinating dies. Color the branches with RACP962 Ranger Archival Ink Pad - Fern Green.
Cut silver paper from the HCD1-7271 Rounded Window Frame Die with a smaller element. Cut a round element from the paper collection.
Cover the blue stamens with glue and in addition add glitter.
To create flowers, stamp the poinsettias from Christmas Poinsettia & Holly stamp set on the paper Collection a few times using Ranger Archival Ink Pad – cornflower Blue, then die cut using the coordinating dies and shape using the Christmas Poinsettia 3D Shaping Mold. Layer the petals together using the hot glue gun making sure to offset them. Add glue to the centers and add Ribbit Prills. To create leaves, stamp the holly from Christmas Poinsettia & Holly stamp set on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Ranger Archival Ink Pad - Fern Green and cut with the coordinating die. Shape leaves using 3D Christmas Poinsettia Mold. I cover the flowers and leaves with glue and cover them with Rajni Chawla's Crystal Clear.
Arrange everything as pictured and glue with hot glue
Dirty everything with white paint, wait until it dries. Cover some elements with glue and glitter.
