Using your Merry & Bright Paper Collection, select the cardstock you wish to use for the background, I have used a light blue, cut 3 of the eyelet hearts using the largest eyelet hearts from your Eyelet Hearts Die set. Using 1 size smaller cut 3 white hearts (you will be using this to adhere to the back of your banner). Using white cardstock cut 3 Festive Holiday die cuts. Adhere this to the top of the heart as pictured using Designer Dries Clear adhesive.
