Cut a piece of white cardstock to 7 x 6", score and fold to 3.5 x 6" with fold on the top then use the biggest die from the Elegant Rose Frame Die to cut leaving the top of the die over-hanging fold by about 0.5". Cut a frame with the same die from the white cardstock. Stamp the frame with Elegant Rose Frame Cling Stamp Set in Leaf Green ink onto the Elegant Rose Frames Paper Collection. Cut it out. Glue them to the base. Stamp the sentiment in Tuxedo Black ink and Celebrate Love Sentiments stamp as pictured. Stamp the frame with Elegant Rose Frame Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black ink, color it with colored pencils and cut out with coordinating dies. Adhere it as pictured.

Stamp blossoms from the Small Wild Rose Cling Stamp Set in Vibrant Fuchsia and Magenta Hue inks, color their edges and centers with the same ink, diecut with coordinating dies and shape with mold. Add Pastel Bead Medium and Pastel Pearl Small stamens to big flowers and Tu Tu Pink prills to small flowers. Stamp 3 branches from Classic Rose Cling Stamp Set in Fern Green ink, color them with Leaf Green ink, cut out with coordinating die and shape with coordinating mold. Stamp 3 branches from the Cottage Tree 'scapes Cling Stamp Set in Fern Green ink, color them with Leaf Green ink, cut out with coordinating die. Use dimensional adhesive and hot glue to attach all elements onto card as pictured.

To add the extra sparkle, use the Dries Clear glue along with Crystal Clear glitter over flowers and frame.
