Cut out the white base of the card and fold it to 6" x 8". From black paper cut a slightly smaller rectangle and glue to the base. Then cut a 5 1/2" x 7 1/2" rectangle out of white paper and a slightly smaller rectangle from the paper collection, adhere it the with Double Dots 100 pc. -3D.

Cut the largest frame from the Decorative Heart Die set out of black paper and glue it, then cut the next smaller frame - a heart from the black paper and glue it. 

Stamp a heart with roses from the Friendship Rose Heart set with black ink on white paper, then cut out with the coordinating die and color with water markers. Then cover the edges of the heart with Memento - New Sprout ink.

Cut one small heart from the paper collection and from the white paper. Stamp the sentiment from the Friendship Sentiments set on a white heart with black ink, then cover the edges of the heart with Memento - New Sprout ink.
