Cut out the white base of the card and fold it to 5 3/4" x 8". From paper collection cut a slightly smaller rectangle and glue to the base. Then cut a 5 1/2" x 7 1/2" rectangle out of white paper and a slightly smaller rectangle from the paper collection, adhere it the with Double Dots 100 pc. -3D Foam Circles.

Cut out a frame from the Teardrop Lattice Gateway Die set from white paper and glue it to the card.

Stamp element from the Ornate Window Cling Stamp set with black ink on white paper, color it with Memento Rich Cocoa ink. Then cut out with the coordinating die. Cut out the outer frame of the shutter windows from the paper collection, glue underneath the window.Stamp with black ink sentiment in the window from the Cheerful Note Sentiments set.

Stamp elements from the Peacock & Posies set with black ink on white paper, color it with blue, green, red and yellow ink using Stack and Store Daubers. Then cut out with the coordinating die. Shade with Memento Nautical Blue.

Glue everything as shown. Cover the elements of the peacock's tail with glue and glitter.
