Instructions: I used both sheets of this background patterned paper. One I used the full sheet and the other I fussy cut out the scalloped top border. Set that fussy cut top aside for now. Cut a strip of the yellow patterned paper that is 3.5 x 12”, and mat in white cardstock. Distress the edges of that white cardstock. Adhere to the left-hand side of the layout using the scallop border as a guide. Add the scalloped border to the top using foam tape. Mat the photo in white cardstock. Cut a strip of the pink patterned paper that is 1.5 x 8” and tear the top and bottom edges. Adhere to the yellow patterned border. Add the matted photo using foam tape. Find and die cut out the light green tag and adhere to the left-hand side of the matted photo. Add a burlap string bow.
Cover the chipboard title piece in white embossing powder. Add the title to the bottom right-hand corner of the layout. Die cut 1 of the Royale Gateway die from Luxe Gold Cardstock. Cut one side of the gateway off and adhere to the left-hand side of the matted photo and the other larger piece on the right-hand side.
Stamp and die cut 1 set of each size of the magnolias using grey ink (Archival- Shadow Grey) onto Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Stamp and die cut lots of leaves onto white cardstock using grey ink and gold shimmer cardstock using brown ink (StazOn- Timber Brown). Add color to the green leaves using 2 tones of green ink (Archival- Olive, Fern) and daubers. Add color to the middle of the flowers using pink ink (Distress Oxide- Seedless Preserves) and daubers. Assemble the flowers and add micro beads to the middle of each using a liquid adhesive. Let dry.
Stamp and die cut 1 magnolia bough using brown ink. Add color to the images using Zig Clean Color Markers and a water brush (Mustard, Olive). Add color to the flowers on the bough using a water brush and the same pink ink (Seedless Preserves). Add the magnolia bough to the right-hand side of the matted photo below the gateway. Add flowers to either side of the matted photo and then the leaves.
