To create the card base, cut 2 pieces of Blue cardstock with sizes 9 1/2 x 7 inches and 9 x 7 inches. Score and fold at 1/2 inch along the longer edge of the bigger piece and adhere the 2 pieces along the flap to create a top-fold card base of 9 x 7 inches in size. Cut 2 pieces of Ivory cardstock measuring 1/8 of an inch less than the card base, sponge the edges with Cactus Flower ink and adhere to the front and inside panels. 

Using sheet 5B from HCDP1-2145 Friendship Rose Paper Collection, cut 2 pieces each with size 8 3/4 x 6 3/4  inchesand adhere to the front and inside panels. Using HCD2-7399 Flourish Companion Frame Die set, cut 4 pieces of the corner die with Ivory cardstock and adhere them on all the corners of the inside panel. 

Use HCD3-7433 Slim Lattice Oval Die to cut 4 pieces each with Ivory cardstock, stack 2 each and adhere them on the card front using dimensional tape as shown. Using HCD2-7399 Flourish Companion Frame Die set, cut 1 piece each of the inner rectangle frame with Ivory cardstock and the mat layer using sheet 7B. Sponge the edges of the mat layer with Cactus Flower ink, adhere the Ivory frame die-cut piece on the top and add this to the card center using dimensional tape as shown. Add the sentiment to the center of this stamped with Cactus Flower ink. 

Stamp a few images of the flowers from HCPC-3999 Hollyhock Petals & Leaves Cling Stamp Set on flower making paper with Cactus Flower ink and color them using Rosey Posey and Paradise Teal inks. Stamp few of the leaf images from HCPC-3835 Leafy Accents Cling Stamp Set on flower making paper with Fern green ink and color them using the same ink. Die-cut the images using their coordinating dies, shape them using the flower shaping tools and add crystal clear glitter by sponging some dries clear glue on the edges. 

Add stamens for the flower centers. Arrange the ready elements on either side if the sentiment and adhere them using hot glue. To finish off the card, add some small Unicorn beads around the flower arrangement.
