Instructions:
The finished card measures 7 x 5 1/4 inches. Cut a piece of white deluxe flower shaping paper 7 x 10 1/2 inches and score at 5 1/4 inches to make a top fold card. Cut one piece of pattern paper 6 3/4 x 5 inches, one piece of white cardstock 6 1/4 x 4 1/2 inches, and another patter paper 6 x 4 1/4 inches. Glue them to your card base. Stamp in sepia and die cut a window from the Cottage Garden collection. Color it in brown with Steadtler watercolor pencil. Add white gesso on the border (to look like snow) and add 3D crystal clear on it. From pattern paper, diecut a scene with a church and glue it with 3D foam under your window. Glue it on your card base. Stamp in olive a flower border from the same collection. Color the flower in red and add red stickles and white gesso on it. Glue it under your window. Stamp in olive green leaves and swirl. Diecut with the coordinating dies. Put it under your window. Stamp your Poinsettia flowers with versamark embossing ink onto white flower shaping paper. Emboss with white powder. Diecut with the coordinating die. Place facedown into the flower shaping mold, spritz with water and run through the diecutting machine to shape. When dry, give further shape with Deluxe flower shaping kit tools. Glue 2 layers together. In the center of the flowers add red stamens. (Make 2 small flowers). Add leaves under it and glue it on the left side of your window. Cut 4 times the small letters to make the title HAPPY WINTER. Glue 4 layers on each other and cover the last one with Crystal clear powder. Add 3D crystal clear on top of it. Glue it on your card to make the sentiment. |
