Create a 6 x 6 inch card base in white cardstock.  Cut a 5.5 x 5.5 piece of green paper from the Floral Sentiments Paper Collection, distress with Vivid Chartreuse.

Cut out the Elegant Hearts Centerpiece Die in yellow designer paper and Gold Luxe Cardstock, adhere offset to create shadow and adhere to card front.

Stamp the frame from the Grateful Floral Sentiment Cling Stamp Set in Jet black, cut out with coordinating die and sponge with Sunflower, Magenta Hue, Bright Tangelo and Vivid Chartreuse. Cut out with coordinating dies and add glitter. Cut out the same frame in Gold Luxe Cardstock, adhere offset with foam tape as shown.  Fill in the words in the sentiment with markers and adhere left of center, adhere frame on top with foam tape.

Stamp the Classic Rose Cling Stamp Set in Coastal Coral, cut out with coordinating dies, sponge with same and sculpt with the 3D Rose Shaping Mold, add glitter. Stamp the leaves from the Leafy Accents Cling Stamp Set in Olive, cut out with coordinating die and sponge with Vivid Chartreuse. Sculpt with Leafy Accents Shaping Mold.

Adhere leaves and flowers as pictured.
